Shimla Island unit no.27

Meet our sleek take on a classic kitchen island unit, the Shimla. We've gone for a lighter weight, contemporary look for this fella, combining timber species to produce a piece that would work in pretty much any part of the home.
 
A solid oak top and frame offsets the mixed tones of an ash slatted shelf, and look closely for some super subtle, super neat walnut detailing. Throw in a practical hanging rail for your favourite tea towel and finish with a durable hard wax oil and you've got a bit of a winner.
 
Shown here is a 1200 x 800 finished at 900 high to work alongside standard kirtchen worktop heights, but we can make this in any size to suit any room. Want a tv unit or a slimmer console version? Drop us a line for a bespoke quote.
